They understand the intricacies of government contracting on all levels. Troy and Autumn provide excellent leadership and often implement new ideas to pivot in every changing government space. Marki Settles
Senior Contract Consultant
Marki has over 13 years with the federal government holding the roles of a Contracting Officer
Representative, Contract Specialist, and Contracting Officer. Previous agencies of experience
include the Department of the Navy, Department of Defense. As a contracting professional, Marki is considered a subject matter expert
in utilizing the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and having cradle to grave contracting
experience with all contract types from building construction, ship construction, Information
Technology type contract, and various supplies and services. Further, he holds a Federal
Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) (Professional). He is dedicated to providing
exceptional contract support to various federal government agencies and small businesses and
always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Marki holds Bachelor's degree in Business Management, an MBA, and is currently pursuing his
Doctorate of Public Administration.
